About this design
Slimes are popular first sprites because the shape is simple: a dome that is wider at the bottom, as if it is settling under its own weight. The body uses one bright green, with a darker green along the base to suggest the slime is squashed against the floor, and a pale green highlight near the top left to make it look wet and glossy. The eyes are two dark pixels each with a single white pixel for the catch-light, which is what gives the face its personality, and a small two-pixel mouth sits between them.
How to use it
Slimes are easy to recolour into a whole family. Open the design in the editor and replace the three greens with blues for a water slime, reds for a fire slime or purples for a poison slime; keep the same light-mid-dark order and the shading still works. For a bouncing animation, make a second frame that is one row shorter and one pixel wider on each side. Export at 8× for a clean 128-pixel image, or switch to fuse beads to make a magnet or keyring.
Colour plan
#44CC55 does the most work, 53% of the 138 pixels, followed by #113322 at 32%. #AAFFAA (3) and #FFFFFF (2) are used only a little: small details worth marking on the chart so you don't miss them. 46% of the grid is left empty.
Working notes
It is 16 × 16 pixels; at 8× scale it becomes 128 × 128. The busiest row changes colour 10 times.
