Tell us which tool you used, your device and browser, and what went wrong. If a pattern looks wrong, attach the .cpat file from More downloads — it contains the pattern but not your photo. Open a pre-filled report.
Ideas and requests
Missing a thread brand, a bead range or a craft? Tell us what you make and what you need. Specific requests are the easiest for us to build.
Sharing your finished work
We love seeing what people make. If you send a photo of a finished piece made with our tools, tell us whether we may share it on the site and how you would like to be credited — we never publish anything without your permission.
