CraftPatterns is an independent website with free tools for turning pictures and words into patterns you can actually make: cross stitch, fuse beads, alpha bracelets, c2c crochet, knitting charts, diamond painting, needlepoint, latch hook, brick mosaic, peyote & brick stitch, pony beads and pixel art. Everything runs in your browser, nothing needs an account, and every chart can be printed or followed on screen.

How we check what we publish
- Sources are listed. Every guide names the sources its facts were checked against and when it was last reviewed.
- Colour data is audited. DMC, Anchor, Perler and Hama colour codes are checked against the manufacturers' own product lists and shade cards, and our colour matching is tested against published conversion charts. The methodology page explains where every colour value comes from and how far to trust it.
- Numbers are calculated, not guessed. Stitch counts, finished sizes and material estimates come from the same code that draws the chart, so the page and the PDF always agree.
- Original designs only. Library patterns are our own work. We never copy other designers' charts or use characters and logos we have no rights to.
Our principles
- Free means free. No paywalled PDFs, no watermarks, no “premium” sizes.
- Your photos are yours. Images are processed on your own device and never uploaded.
- Honest colour. Screens and printers can only approximate real thread, so we show how close every match is and remind you to check real skeins before buying for a big project.
