About this design
The crust runs across the top in two shades of golden brown, and the slice narrows to a point at the bottom. Yellow cheese fills the triangle, scattered with two-by-two red pepperoni and single green herb pixels, placed unevenly so it looks hand-made rather than tiled.
How to use it
Use it for a pizza party, a restaurant menu doodle or a game power-up. It is a favourite with children as a fuse bead magnet. Swap the toppings in the editor: mushrooms in grey, olives in black, or pineapple in yellow.
Size and bead counts
The picture fills 152 of the 256 squares in its grid, within an area 16 squares wide and 15 tall; the rest stay empty. It uses 6 colours: yellow 58 (#FFDD66), black 42 (#331100), red 21 (#DD3322), dark orange 14 (#AA7722), light orange 14 (#DD9944), green 3 (#55AA33). Made with 5 mm fuse beads it measures about 8.0 × 7.5 cm and fits on one standard 29 × 29 pegboard. Stitched on 14-count Aida it is about 2.9 × 2.7 cm, or 3.7 × 3.5 cm on 11-count, so add a few centimetres of fabric on every side for the hoop.
Colour plan
#FFDD66 does the most work, 38% of the 152 pixels, followed by #331100 at 28%. #55AA33 (3) is used only a little: small details worth marking on the chart so you don't miss them. 41% of the grid is left empty.
Working notes
It is 16 × 16 pixels; at 8× scale it becomes 128 × 128. The busiest row changes colour 10 times.
